Overview

The Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is exclusively for domicile holders of J&K and Ladakh. It provides ₹30,000 per annum academic fee plus ₹1,00,000 maintenance allowance for students admitted to degree colleges outside J&K. A total of 5,000 scholarships are awarded annually through AICTE.
