JKSSB SI Final Selection List for 1200 vacancies, Download Name-wise PDF
The journey towards the Final Selection List began with the issuance of Indents from the Home Department on 02.07.2021 and 23.11.2021. Through Notification No. 06 of 2021 and Notice No. SSB/Secy//2021/7926-42, applications were invited. The selection process involved a Written Test, followed by Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test (PET) with additional weightage for NCC certificate holders.
The Examination Process:
The Computer Based Written Test (CBT) took place from 07.12.2022 to 20.12.2022. The Result/Score-sheet, notified on 03.11.2023, paved the way for the Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Document Verification at Jammu and Srinagar.
Formation of the Selection Committee:
To ensure fairness, the JKSSB constituted the Selection Committee, emphasizing Horizontal Reservation for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates in 72 posts.
Approval of the Provisional Selection List:
In its 251st Meeting on 29.12.2023, the Board approved the Provisional Selection List, incorporating provisions for Medical Examination and a five-day window for candidates to raise objections.
Addressing Representations and Concerns:
Post-notification, representations were received, leading to the Formation of the Final Selection List. The Board, in its 254th Meeting on 08.01.2024, approved the Final Selection List after thorough discussions.
