SBI Recruitment 2023:  State Bank of India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Vice President, Program Manager, Manager Quality and Training, and Command Centre Manager. The last date has been extended from 9th February 2023 to 24th February 2023. The place of posting will be Mumbai. There are a total of 09 vacancies for the given post. As given in the notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years. The upper age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. Candidates will be intimated through email about the date, time, and venue of the interview. According to the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of SBI. Candidates have to pay Rs. 750 as an application fee and ST/SC/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of a fee. The last date to apply for the post is 24th February 2023.

Age Limit for SBI recruitment 2023

 

As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

Vice President- The upper age limit is 50 years.

Qualification for SBI recruitment 2023

 

As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the Qualification is given below-

For Vice President and Program Manager:-

The candidate should have graduated with B.C.A./B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B. Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution

 

OR

 

Any Graduate (Regular) with (A full-time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology

 

For Manager and Command Centre Manager:-

The candidate should have (Regular) graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Graduation or post-graduation degree in a technical field preferred but not mandatory)

Experience for SBI recruitment 2023

 

As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the Experience is given below-

For Vice President:-

The candidate should have a Post Qualification Experience of a Minimum 7 years with at least 3-5 years of experience in running the Contact Centre/BPO domain (preferably the Contact Centre of Any Bank)

 

The candidate should have Deep knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, Service Excellence & Client Management

 

The candidate should have Experience in running Digital transformation/Change management projects in the BPO domain (Preferred)

 

The candidate should have Excellent communication skills

 

The candidate should have Strong team management skills

 

For Program Manager:-

The candidate should have Post Qualification experience of minimum of 5 yrs. with at least 2 yrs. experience as Program Manager across Customer service BPO or in captive BPO centers in designing Contact Centre related journeys including end-to-end digital journeys

 

The candidate should have Experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving cross-functional interactions with business, and IT teams to deliver new journeys

 

The candidate should have an understanding of basic technology workflows, and the ability to design business requirement documents and work with teams in an agile manner

 

The candidate should have Experienced in understanding process gaps, identifying/designing new initiatives, and tracking progress against the KPIs

 

For Manager:-

The candidate should have Post Qualification experience of a minimum of 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive centers of BPO

 

The candidate should have Strong experience in training or quality control with BPO/Contact Centre

 

The candidate should have Strong experience in designing customer-oriented scripts and driving training and adherence to scripts with strong Quality Control etc.

 

The candidate should have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to manage domestic, and international customer communications (English and Hindi languages), Strong team management skills

 

For Command Centre Manager:-

The candidate should have Post Qualification experience of a minimum of 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive BPO

 

The candidate should have Experience in Mathematical and Statistical modeling

 

The candidate should have Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive forecasting models, using regression analysis, Time series forecasting knowledge

 

The candidate should have Deep knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, and key performance metrics on both inbound and outbound Contact Centre

 

The candidate should have Experience in reading and processing multiple data points and MIS

 

The candidate should have Experience in data analysis and designing and managing dashboards with the vendors

 

The candidate should have First-hand experience in driving decision-making based on data-driven insights, identifying issues, conducting detailed RCA, and coordinating for resolution of the issues

 

The candidate should have Managed strong MIS / development of a new Management Information System (MIS)

 

The candidate should have Strong team management skills

 

Selection Procedure for SBI recruitment 2023

 

As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. All the details will be intimated through email.

1 – Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

2- CTC:-  Negotiation

3- Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the interview only. In case, more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.
